5.Commission:The payment earned by a Member for selling Company products or services.

Article 2: Membership

1.Riva foundation: To become a Member, an individual must be at least 18 years old and have a valid government-issued ID.

2.Registration: To join the Network, an individual must register on the Company's website and provide required information.

3.Membership Fee: There is no membership fee to join the Network.

Article 3: Commission Plan

1.Commission Structure: Members earn commissions on sales of Company products or services to Customers.

2.Commission Rates:Commission rates vary depending on the product or service sold, ranging from 10% to 20%.

3.Commission Payment: Commissions are paid monthly, within 15 days of the following month.

Article 4: Member Responsibilities

1.Marketing and Sales:Members are responsible for marketing and selling Company products or services to Customers.

2.Customer Support:Members must provide excellent customer support to Customers.

3.Compliance:Members must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies.

Article 5: Company Responsibilities

1.Product/Service Provision: The Company will provide Members with access to products or services to sell.

2.Marketing Support:The Company will provide Members with marketing materials and support.

3.Commission Payments:The Company will pay Members their earned commissions.

Article 6: Termination

1.Voluntary Termination: A Member may terminate their membership at any time by providing written notice to the Company.

2.Involuntary Termination:The Company may terminate a Member's membership for non-compliance with Company policies or applicable laws.

Article 7: Dispute Resolution

1.Dispute Resolution Process: Any disputes between the Company and a Member will be resolved through arbitration.

2.Governing Law:These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country].
